German Theme WeekGermanThemeWeek

The theme of German Week was “Spa13 mit Deutsch” – fun with German.  As part of German the “Goethe Institute” visited the school.  All German students attended a workshop which consisted of games, songs  and learning new vocabulary.  It also provided the girls with an opportunity to learn more about Germany and German culture.  Our visiting German students very kindly baked cakes and treats for the girls.  We organised “Kaffee und Kuchen” in the canteen so that the students could experience the delights of the world famous German Christmas Markets.  Our week concluded with a viewing of the film “Wunder Von Bern”.
