Díospóireacht an Phiarsaigh

Díospóireacht an Phiarsaigh

Thaistil Aimee Stack, Maggie O’Mahony agus Hayley Holly go Luimneach aréir chun páirt a ghlacadh sa chraobh réigiúnach don chomórtas Díospóireacht an Phiarsaigh. Bhíodar i bhfabhar an rún go bhfuil ár bhféiniúlacht mar náisiúin caillte againn agus d’éirigh thar barr leo lena gcuid argóintí. Faraor, níor éirigh leo ar an oíche ach táimid fíor-bhrodúil as an méid atá bainte amach acu i mbliana.

Kerry Schools Badminton

Kerry Schools Badminton

Well done to our u14, u16 and u19 badminton teams who took part in the Kerry Schools Badminton Competition in Killarney.

The u16 team of Triona Prendeville, Irene Carol, Kayla Galvin and Sinead Leahy won all of their games and were crowned champions of Kerry again.

Our u14 and u19 teams also performed brilliantly, recording wins and draws in their respective groups, and despite being undefeated in their games, narrowly missed out on a place in the finals on on points difference.

The u14 team was Mia Fitzmaurice, Nadia Chesnokova, Farrah Windle, Caoimhe Galvin and Siuna Hurley.

The u19 team was Sara Carol, Emilie Browne, Emilie Keane Stack and Catherine Cahill.

Best wishes going forawrd to the u16 team who now advance onto the Munster Schools Competition in January.
